A public consultation is now open to gather expert opinions on the industrial application of zeolites. Following a closed workshop in May 2024, which brought together Spanish experts from industry, research, and policy to explore the potential of zeolites, we are now expanding the dialogue to include a wider range of European stakeholders.
Zeolites offer promising applications across various industries. However, their widespread adoption is hindered by several challenges. To address these obstacles and maximise the benefits of zeolite utilisation, we seek input from industry professionals, researchers, and policymakers.
Open consultation on enhancing zeolite adoption for a Circular Economy
The consultation, designed to take approximately 10 minutes to complete, aims to deepen understanding of key areas related to zeolite utilization, including research and development, policy and regulations, and industry perspectives. Participants will be asked about challenges in adopting zeolites in industrial contexts, potential solutions, supportive policies, and future applications.
By voluntary participating in the consultation, stakeholders can contribute to a better understanding of the key factors influencing zeolite adoption. Their insights on the hurdles preventing wider industrial use of zeolites and potential solutions to overcome them are crucial in shaping future policy. This initiative is indeed part of a broader effort to shape a blueprint with recommendations for advancing zeolite production and utilisation within a circular economy framework.
Your insights will help shape a blueprint with recommendations for European policy makers!
Z-ONA4LIFE is particularly interested in exploring the future applications of zeolites in industrial settings and how they can contribute to a more circular economy. Experts' ideas on this front can be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and driving sustainable growth.
All information collected during the consultation will be treated confidentially, with no personal data disclosed. The findings will be synthesised into a blueprint outlining recommendations for advancing zeolite production and utilisation. This blueprint will be shared with policymakers by October 2024 to inform future strategies and initiatives.
The online consultation closes in September.
It will take you 10 minutes to complete the survey. Let's start!
